The Neighbor
A peeping neighbor has appeared outside the House... Or has she been there all along? This mysterious old lady seems to know all about the House and its cursed history...and can help Tabby break free from it. 覗き見る隣人が家の外に現れました…それともずっと居ただろうか？この不思議な老婦人は、この家と呪いの歴史について全て知っているようです…そしてTabbyが自由になる為の手助けをしてくれるそうだ （ver.1.4更新時のSteamより）
挨拶文
各会話のはじめにいうランダムセリフです。
“ oh, hello yang lady. I was just peeping a little.
I smelled blood, and thought something may be wrong.
There's always something interesting going on here.And you seem to be in a predicament.”
「やぁ、こんにちは若いお嬢さん。ちょっと覗かせてもらったよ。
血の臭いがしたからね、何かあったんじゃないかと思ってさ
ここじゃいつも面白い事が起こるからね、それで君は苦境に追い込まれてるんじゃないかい。」
“ Oh, hello yang lady. I was just peeping a little.
I’m your next door neighbor!
Oh, you never noticed me before?
That’s odd. I’ve always been here…watching."
「やぁ、こんにちは若いお嬢さん。ちょっと覗かせてもらったよ。
私は隣の家の者さ！
おや、今まで私に気付かなかったって？
それは変だね。私はいつもここで…見てるのに。」
“ How are you feeling tonight?”
「今晩は、調子はどうだい？」
“ Hello again, honey. seems you’re under the curse of this house.
I’ve seen dozens of families move in...
None of them were as cute as you. though!
You’re a strong young girl, I’m sure you’ll find a way out.”
「また会ったね、お嬢さん。見たところ、君はまだこの家の呪いにかかっているようだね。
私は何十もの家族がここに入居するのを見てきたが…
君ほどかわいらしい子は居なかったよ。けど！
君は強い女の子だ、君ならきっと出口を見つけだせると信じているよ。」
“The house feeds on your family’s pain. Tabby. Don't let it get the best of you.
Only you can stop this.
We’re different from the others.
We can remember.
When it resets, they forget.

「家は君達家族の痛みを餌にしているんだ。Tabby、挫けちゃいけないよ。
これを止められるのは君だけなんだ。

リセットされたとき、みんなは忘れてしまう。

Saved your whole family... and than murdered them all...
You even managed to break freee from this house!

家族みんなを救って... その後みんな殺して...
そしてやっとこの家から解放されたんだ！

アドバイス
挨拶文の後に続く進行状況のヒントです。

The house has in it's icy grip. She can't fight back.You must guide her to safety.”

この家は冷たい気で覆われている。彼女ではその影に太刀打ちできない。
だから君が安心へ導いてあげなさい。」

She’s been a bit depressed.
She need her big sister now more than ever.
Keep on eye on her. Make her feel safe. Protect her.”
「君の妹のことが気掛かりだよ。
彼女は今、少し塞ぎ込んでいる。
彼女は今まで以上に姉を必要としているんだよ。
どうか彼女から目を離さず、安心させてあげなさい。彼女を守るんだよ。」

「きっとこの奇妙な事故達を止める方法があるはずだ…
何かを逃したくないなのら、各部屋を隅々まで調べるんだ。

「この世界は生き延びようと戦う人々に報いる。
どんな犠牲を払ってでも自分の身を守りなさい、Tabby。」
“ Your dad has been acting strange lately…

Arm yourself, search everywhere in the house.”
「君のパパはこの頃様子がおかしいんだ…
君はどんな犠牲を払ってでも自分の身を守るんだよ、Tabby。
武装して、家のいたるところを調べておくんだ。」
“ The House be the chaos,Tabby. If you can cease this surprise, The house in the stop the curse.”
「Tabby、この家は混沌へ向かっているよ。もしそれを食い止める事ができたら、この家の呪いも止むかもね。」
アドバイス（Memory ENDの後）
" Oh, yes… Tabby, Would you mind helping me with something?
The croaking…I can hear it from my house.
It keeps me up at all hours of the night…
I can’t even remember the last time I slept.
Would you mind… disposing of them for me?”
「ああ、そうだ…Tabby、ちょっと助けてくれないかい？
このカエルの鳴き声…私の家にまで聞こえてくるんだよ。
それも夜中ずっとだ…
最後に眠れたのはいつだったか。
よかったら…私のためにヤツらを駆除してくれないかい？」
“ It’s strange, the frogs seem to be drawn this house.
They’re not even native to the area…
The previous occupants tried to exterminate them…
They disappeared shortly after that. Didn’t even say you goodbye.
Would you mind… disposing of them for me?”
「おかしなことに、この家にはカエル共が寄り集まってくるみたいでね。,
ヤツらはこの辺に生息さえしていないのに…
以前の居住者もヤツらを駆除しようとしたけど…
その後まもなく姿を消してしまったよ。さよならも言わずにね。
もしよかったら…私のためにヤツらを駆除してくれないかい？」
"Thanks for clearing up that frog problem...
I’d call that real nightmare! Would’t you, Tabby?
Hehe, oh yes. I know that none of this is real!
I just thought maybe you wanted some more stuff to do!

「あのカエル共…あのカエル共をなんとかしてくれ、Tabby!」

小ネタ
・隣の家に住んでいる（らしい）礼儀正しい老婦人です。
誰かが事故死した後からキッチンの窓が閉まり現れるようになります。
・トイレのAKANAMEとは対照的に家族を守るためのアドバイスをします。
